  8. Something unique about yourself: I’m deaf in my right ear and I was in a major house fire when I was three and was bought back to life twice in the Ambulance on the way to the Hospital. Hence why I can’t hear. P.S. My brother set the fire…
  9. What about KB that makes it a good place to work? The People…this is the BEST place I have ever worked…two words… “Team Work”. When you need help in any department you can find one or more people to give you advice and/or help with your concern…that’s TRUE Team Work.

The commitment to the customer…we are not happy with the work we have done in the customer’s home until the customer is happy with the work we have done in their home. Treat people the way you would like to be treated…respectful and truthfully. ALWAYS bring bad News Early…the Customer will respect you for it and you will have gained the trust that is so important in today’s market.

I would like to think that the Skill Set I have brought to this Company along with the valuable lessons I have gained while being here would give me the tools in order to help KB Heating & Air Conditioning LTD. reach the next level in it’s business plan.
