Jeff Nelson – Service Manager |
Jeff has worked in the industry for numerous years and attained his Journeyman ticket for Refrigeration Mechanics. Additionally, Jeff is an Alberta certified Peer Health and Safety Auditor which means he is certified to conduct health and safety audits on Alberta Construction Safety Associations member companies. The majority of his experience has been directly related to service clients. Currently Jeff’s service clients include Meyers Norris Penny, Canbra Foods, Kawneer Canada, and 1st Choice Credit Union to name a few. His involvement on these projects has moved from Service Technician and Foreman, into a managerial role. Jeff is an expert tradesman who is able to manage and supervise large projects with ease.- Name: Jeff Nelson

Dave Parrott – Service Manager |
Dave started with KB in 1996. He obtained is Sheet Metal Journeyman in 2001 and his Refrigeration Journeyman in 2006. Dave is WETT (Wood Energy Technology Transfer) certified qualifying him to install, inspect and maintain “wood” heating appliances. Before assuming his current role as Service Manager, Dave assumed the roles of residential HVAC foreman, fireplace foreman, and residential air conditioning foreman.- Name: David Parrott
