Radiant Floor Heat (In Floor Heating)
Radiant Floor Heating is an excellent complement or alternative to Forced Air Heating. It can be installed in conjunction with a furnace or as your sole source of heating. Why install a central vacuum system? More Power! A portable vacuum can only contain a small motor to enable the canister to be dragged from room to room. A central vacuum is mounted on the wall, allowing it to have a much larger and more powerful motor - resulting in more suction and the ability to clean deeper. As well, a central vacuum is generally mounted in your mechanical room or garage, where the dust-laden air is returned to the outside, rather than the inside of your house. For allergy sufferers, this makes a central vacuum much more preferable than a portable. A central vacuum reduces noise too!

Service & Repairs
KB Heating & Air Conditioning Ltd. employs a wide array of experienced and qualified technicians to accurately diagnose and service your equipment problems. We stand behind our repairs; we offer a 1-year warranty on repair parts and a 30-day warranty on labour.
Because of the wide diversity of KB staff, we can handle almost any repair. Our Service department has 24-hour emergency dispatched service.
But like any appliance, your home's equipment needs regular maintenance in order to perform at its best. If you want the peace of mind of knowing your equipment will receive regular tune-ups without you having to call and schedule them, you should consider a Planned Maintenance Agreement. Financing
Should you need it, KB offers customer financing at competitive rates. Financing is available to customers who own their own home, but new home construction is not eligible. The financed product must be permanently attached to and add value to your residence. Customers can finance anything they may need - a furnace, air conditioner, hot water tank, fireplace, etc.
Our financing program is provided through TD Canada Trust and TD Canada Trust must approve the customer prior to any installation. All loans are completely open and may be paid off at any time.
In order to see if you qualify, please print the attached credit application, complete it IN FULL (please print), sign it and fax it to our office at (403) 328-0053. Please indicate on the application what kind of appliance you are interested in financing. An incomplete application cannot be processed.
